Here it is, straight from the Beachbody FAQ: 


Participate in a Challenge Group on My Challenge Tracker, log a minimum of five (5) Shakeology's with photos and three (3) workouts during each of the four qualification weeks. Official Contest Rules coming soon!

Prize -


Qualify and automatically win an equal share of a $1,000,000+ prize pool.
Prize Pool  -   
$1 Million Dollars, plus an additional $5 per Challenge Pack sold from July 27th - August 31st, up to $3 Million Dollars total prize pool.
When
September 5th, 2016 - October 2nd, 2016. Qualifiers must meet all requirements for each of the four (4) qualification weeks.
Week 1:  Sept. 5th - Sept. 11th
Week 2:  Sept. 12th - Sept. 18th
Week 3:  Sept. 19th - Sept. 25th
Week 4:  Sept. 26th - Oct. 2nd

How does it work?
We're betting over $1 million dollars that you and your customers will fall in love with getting healthy! During the Challenge Period, from September 5th - October 2nd, 2016, Coaches and customers who meet the below requirements will win an equal share of a $1 million dollar pot seeded by Beachbody! As a BONUS - for every Challenge Pack sold from July 27th - August 31st, 2016, Beachbody will add $5 to the $1 million dollar pot, up to $3 Million Dollars! More qualification details are below.
    
Qualification Details
In order to qualify to win a share of the Beachbody Health Bet prize pool, participants must meet the below requirements.
Qualification 1
Must be a participant in an active Challenge Group on the My Challenge Tracker app by 11:59pm PT on September 5th 2016.
-     If a Customer is unable to join a Coach-led Challenge Group, they may request to join a Beachbody Corporate Group here. Customers must request access by Sept. 4th and join by Sept 5th, 2016 to be eligible for the promotion.
-     Participants must have a valid First and Last Name, email address, and shipping address associated with their TBB Account by October 2nd, 2016 in order to be paid out.

Qualification 2
Log a minimum of five (5) Shakeology's, each accompanied by a Shakeology photo, during each qualification week.
-     To be eligible, each log must be accompanied by a Shakeology photo.
-     All Shakeology's must be logged by 11:59pm PT on the last day of each contest week (9/11, 9/18, 9/25 & 10/2).

Qualification 3
Log a minimum of three (3) workouts during each qualification week.
-     All Workouts must be logged by 11:59pm PT on the last day of each contest week (9/11, 9/18, 9/25 & 10/2).

I'd say the hardest part for me still is just resisting the urge to snack on the foods my kids are eating (yeah, I know, make them eat healthy - I'll gladly pay the person who gets my kids to eat veggies a handsome reward) Yesterday I took them for pizza and I won't lie, I had a couple nibbles off the slices they didn't finish. I got some weird looks for taking my oatmeal and strawberries into the bounce house place and I felt a little silly at first, but really, what if you HAD to take food with you everywhere?! What if you had an illness that required you to do it? I bet you'd find a way for it to work!! You'd get that food prep done because your life depended on it - well, guess what, illness or not, your life really DOES depend on it!! Planning ahead is crucial for success and for me, success is equivalent to achieving good health.

The struggle for me mostly at this point is transitioning from old habits, to new habits. I mean, lets be honest - I was drinking maybe 50ish oz of water daily before - or less - and now sipping down a cool gallon seems like quite the chore. Snacking is probably my 2nd hardest struggle. I am a serial snacker. Also a cereal snacker if that shit is in my house. Right now we have Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Marshmallow Fruit Loops - Allie let me smell those yesterday. Ugh. I have done much better and lasted longer than last time though so we will call that a win! Oh - and for a new recipe I concocted for ShakeO PB Cups, you better watch this vlog ;P

So, going into day 4, I was nervous as I feel like this was the first day that I began to struggle in my last shred. I even went against my better judgement and got on the scale. It says I am down 3 pounds but honestly that means nothing. I can poop and go down 3 pounds. I can skip dinner and go down 3 pounds. So, I keep my focus on the new habits I am trying to create. Focus on the lifestyle. This is THE WHOLE reason I decided to be a coach. I want a healthy lifestyle. Working out doesn't do shit for a healthy lifestyle. I mean, kinda. For me, it was almost an excuse to eat shitty. "Oh, well, I did P90X3 today, I can have the donut" So, I've lost myself somewhere between making the decision to change my life and actually fucking doing it. Meh. 

No more though. I am committing. I am putting it here. In black and white. Imma do this damn Ultimate Reset. It's going to be hard. There will be temptations. But Imma do it. Watch me. No, literally, watch me - because I'm going to be doing morning journals like these every day...


Also, I wanted to share with you the conversation I watched at Summit that ultimately made up my mind about trying the Ultimate Reset.
